1. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our Germany warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days for in-stock orders only. Pre-orders are excluded. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
2. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us at info@cemotoride.com with photos. Our team will quickly arrange a solution.
3. Can I return the bike?
Yes. Returns are accepted if the bike is unused, has under 10 miles, and is returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
Please keep this box for at least 30 days in case of return or after-sales service.

The 72V 25Ah battery delivers up to 97 km depending on rider weight, terrain, throttle use and temperature.
Most full charges take around 7–8 hours using the included charger.
The D03 Beast arrives 90% pre-assembled and includes setup guidance for a faster first ride.
Always wear an approved helmet, gloves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. We strongly recommend adding goggles, elbow pads and knee pads for off-road riding.
